The role of a Clerk of Works

Each stakeholder in the site team has a vested interest in the success of a project. However, in reality time is limited, communication channels can be compromised and a project can end up with defects and deficiencies that will impact on the long term success of the design and the functionality of the building.

Our objectivity, coupled with clear concise reports and photographs, means that you will always know what the 'real' picture is on site. As your appointed 'eyes and ears' we work with the whole team to ensure that work is completed 'right first time' and to the required specification. This means that delay and waste can be kept to an absolute minimum and everyone achieves a project they can be proud of.

With over 60 inspectors who can and do talk to each other via phone, e-mail or our site blog you could have over 3000 years worth of experience concentrated on your project.
