Hicktons achieved Investors in People certification in February 2005. IiP has and will continue to help us to make a number of lasting improvements. When awarding our certificate, the assessor noted that Hicktons “epitomised the true essence of Investors”.

Continuing professional development (CPD)
Our staff enjoy continuing programmes of rich and varied development, enabling them to give the best possible service to our clients.

Staff vetting
Honesty and integrity are fundamental to the Hicktons’ ethos. Our staff are routinely vetted on joining the company. Further vetting procedures are often carried out when clients require this, eg in our work for government agencies, the Prison Service and police authorities.
