Monkseaton High School We have provided Building and M&E Clerk of Works services on Monkseaton High School. The distinctive oval shape of the building originated from a government project that aimed to create an exemplar design that could potentially be used as a blueprint for all new schools. The shape means it requires less energy to heat or cool and its orientation was specifically planned to maximise natural daylight. Hickton was commissioned by Hall & Partners, project managers and construction consultants, to ensure that activities of the various contractors on site adhered to specification. |
