 Hickton was initially contracted only until the main building structure was complete. However, we were so impressed with the benefits of having a Clerk of Works on site we extended through to final fit out stages.
We were particularly impressed with the fact that Hickton helped us address the additional payment demands from one of the parties involved. The detailed notes, presence on site and expert advice offered enabled us to address each of the demands. This ultimately resulted in a payment reduction of over 90 per cent.
